Introducing Le Marché x North County Olive Oil's first exclusive collaboration. 

North County Olive Oil works with a variety of small growers and producers throughout California. Their growers have mills and presses and have complete control over the quality and style of oil that is produced. North County Olive Oil is able to offer a depth of styles and flavors in their extra virgin olive oils. When making their flavored oils, each fruit or herbs is crushed directly with the olives during the milling process. This produces rich, vibrant flavors, high levels of antioxidants and the freshest olive oils available.
